« Very nice site but I have two issues. Firstly we were given our pitch but our bathroom facilities were not available and I wasn’t given a code for the I site bathroom so had to use the toilet in the bar by the lake. If your pitch is ready it should ALL be ready. Secondly there is no light by the toilet facility so if you need the toilet in the night you have to stumble about in the pitch black to get to it. A sensor light would be a good idea. »

« Wonderful campsite in a beautiful area. The facilities are impeccable, grounds really well kept, great restaurant and nice pool areas. The staff though are what made this stay brilliant for us. They were engaging, friendly and hilarious in their Friday show. To top it all the manageress upgraded us to a lodge on our last night after our tent was destroyed in a storm. Her kindness is something you rarely see these days. I cannot say enough good words to express our gratitude. Highly recommended »

« Die Unterkunft war etwas älter, ABER sie war gepflegt und sauber. Das Geschirr war zahlreich vorhanden - sogar Suppenteller waren vorhanden. Der Platz um das mobile Home war großzügig und der Parkplatz super. Das Schwimmbad war schön, allerdings wäre ein Schwimmerbereich mit ein oder zwei Bahnen gut. Der Platz bietet super viele interessante Animationen an, ABER leider alle ausschließlich auf französisch. Dies ist manchmal besonders für nicht Muttersprachler und Ungeübte schwierig und für Kinder sehr schwierig. Der Platz ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!! »

« Really lovely friendly staff. Restaurant served delicious food. The campsite had lots to do with also many things to do only a short drive away! However when we arrived at our rental unit (premium) cottage key west suite it looked as though it had not been cleaned between people. The plancha outside was dirty still with old food on. There was dust everywhere. There was rubbish underneath the double bed. And overall cleanliness was not great. The beds were also rock hard and found it hard to sleep on. And the hot water turning cold after 2 minutes. However we did enjoy the outside area to sunbathe and spend time as a family and the Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. The cottage did not feel ‘premium’ and was not worth the extra money paid. »

« What a wonderful place!!! But please do consider your international guests in your communication. It wasn't very inclusive to have a welcome pre drink where everything was in french. I think you should translate shortly so everyone is included. Also your mini club needs more explanation: what is it? Can kids who don't speak french join? Mini disco was lovely and we know it was start of season so very few kids but again my child felt left out since it was all in french and even though she sat at the very front, she wasn't once looked at by the entertainment staff and invited to join in the dance. The instructor wcwb danced with her bum right in my daughter's face where she was seated, with no consideration of her. Not a very nice attitude. We found your staff so very helpful in the spa area, in the reception and also your British/Dutch colleague was so helpful to us! But entertainment / kids staff should certainly be more inclusive. »

« Really lovely place in lovely area. Upset we could not just walk into restaurant without booking on our first night. As very warm duvet too heavy and towels a little bit thin. But these were minor niggles on a wonderful site. »
