« Really lovely friendly staff. Restaurant served delicious food. The campsite had lots to do with also many things to do only a short drive away! However when we arrived at our rental unit (premium) cottage key west suite it looked as though it had not been cleaned between people. The plancha outside was dirty still with old food on. There was dust everywhere. There was rubbish underneath the double bed. And overall cleanliness was not great. The beds were also rock hard and found it hard to sleep on. And the hot water turning cold after 2 minutes. However we did enjoy the outside area to sunbathe and spend time as a family and the Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. The cottage did not feel ‘premium’ and was not worth the extra money paid. »

« What a wonderful place!!! But please do consider your international guests in your communication. It wasn't very inclusive to have a welcome pre drink where everything was in french. I think you should translate shortly so everyone is included. Also your mini club needs more explanation: what is it? Can kids who don't speak french join? Mini disco was lovely and we know it was start of season so very few kids but again my child felt left out since it was all in french and even though she sat at the very front, she wasn't once looked at by the entertainment staff and invited to join in the dance. The instructor wcwb danced with her bum right in my daughter's face where she was seated, with no consideration of her. Not a very nice attitude. We found your staff so very helpful in the spa area, in the reception and also your British/Dutch colleague was so helpful to us! But entertainment / kids staff should certainly be more inclusive. »

« Site basically okay but shower provision only at one end of a ling site is bad. When booked last year in the autumn we were told no need to reserve restaurant and to book on arrival. ONLY THE SUNDAY WAS POSSIBLE WITH EXCUSE THAT WE HAVE A BIG PARTY. ON WEDNESDAY EVENING EVEN THE BAR WAS CLOSED. »

While we are sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience. Regarding the restaurant, it is correct that we advise guests to book upon arrival rather than months in advance. Our booking system for the upcoming season opens along with the campsite itself, and not during the previous autumn or November. However, like any popular establishment, the restaurant can occasionally be fully booked due to large group reservations, which was unfortunately the case during your stay. Concerning the shower facilities, we would like to remind you that, upon your specific request and to ensure your comfort, our team exceptionally granted you access to the PRM (persons with reduced mobility) showers. These facilities were located approximately 100 meters from your pitch. This was a dedicated arrangement made specifically to accommodate your needs. We regret that these circumstances impacted your overall perception of our campsite, and we wish you the best in your future travels. Sincerely,

« Really lovely place in lovely area. Upset we could not just walk into restaurant without booking on our first night. As very warm duvet too heavy and towels a little bit thin. But these were minor niggles on a wonderful site. »
